Your company had plans. They were pretty good ones, too, based on a sunny economic outlook, an ability to travel widely, and a host of other favorable circumstances we all once took for granted.
Of course, we all know what happened next: COVID-19. The crisis called upon companies around the globe (including ours) to throw their plans out the window and improvise new ones—and then implement them right away, the whole process taking place in real time.
If your company is like ours, not every part of your improvised plans succeeded.
But we learned a lot from all of it: Lessons that can not only get a company through a global pandemic, but through crises of all kinds. We’re eager to share with you some of the things we learned.
Resiliency (or ‘bouncebackability’, as our CEO Jamie Dobson calls it) is the ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change. To survive a crisis—and to survive and thrive through even ordinary setbacks—an organisation needs to build resilience. And so do the individuals who live and work within it.
With the stories you can find on this page, that’s what we intend to help you do.
Container Solutions developed the Cloud Native Maturity Matrix to help organisations find out exactly where they stand with regard to their technology, people, and processes. The matrix maps your current state in nine categories and shows the journey you need to take to be prepared for what the future holds.
