In September, we looked at hybrid work, meetings and workflows. This month we’re taking the next step as we scrutinize the hell out of agile with Jennifer Riggins as she suggests that it’s not always the way to go (and how to decide which way is). Ian Miell has a similar suggestion but looks at it from a different perspective; what your contracts say about agility. 

Helen Bartimote, principle psychologist at Container Solutions, looks at settling into new ways of working and making sure people feel safe, seen and heard enough to stick around. Meanwhile, Joe Fay reminds us not to expect to go with the flow as the future of work unfolds.
